Residential service deposit:

• $105.00 1-4 residents

• $140.00 over 4 residents

• $175.00 over 10 residents

Commercial service deposit:

• $175 non-industrial

• Industrial based on estimated average bill usage.

In Town Commercial and Industrial Water and Sewer Rates  - Effective July 1, 2023

Water:
999 gallons minimum $18.30
every 1000 gallons thereafter is $6.86/1000gal

Sewer:
999 gallons minimum $35.45
every 1000 gallons thereafter is $10.69/1000gal

In Town Residential Water and Sewer Service Rates - Effective July 1, 2023

Water:
999 gallons minimum $14.64
every 1000 gallons thereafter is $5.50/1000gal

Sewer:
999 gallons minimum $28.36
every 1000 gallons thereafter is $8.56/1000gal

Contact Town Office for regarding availability and cost of water and sewer services for residents and businesses outside of the Town limits.

Connection fees for new water and sewer service:

• ·        In Town Water: $1,975

• ·        In Town Sewer: $950

Over ¾ meter is negotiable
NOTE: The property owner is responsible for water and sewer lines from the house to the road right–of-way where water and sewer hookups are available.
